Attorney Joseph P. Rem, Jr., is a co-founder of the Rem Zeller Law Group and leader of the Criminal Defense Team. During his 30+ years of legal experience, he has become one of the most knowledgeable and respected DWI and criminal lawyers in New Jersey. Included in New Jersey's "Super Lawyers" in 2006, 2007 and 2008 for Criminal Law, he is also certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a criminal trial lawyer. Mr. Rem is joined by James B. Seplowitz, Jeffrey B. Steinfeld and Scott A. Gorman, along with the Criminal Defense Team's staff of paralegals and administrative assistants.
Civil Litigation, Business, and Commercial Law
Attorney Robert Zeller leads the civil and business litigation section of the Rem Zeller law group. As a co-founder of the firm, he has over 30 years of legal experience and represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in a wide variety of legal matters. While the majority of our practice is litigation-oriented, we also represent clients in business and real estate transactions. Mr. Zeller works closely with his associates, Alecia C. Daniel and Scott A. Gorman.
