Our lawyers have written and lectured on trial advocacy and criminal defense strategy. Joseph Rem is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a criminal trial lawyer. He has been listed in New Jersey Super Lawyers, New York Area's Best Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America, and is a past president of the Bergen County Bar Association. Mr. Rem and Mr. Seplowitz are both certified operators of the Alcotest 7110 as an extension of their drunk driving defense practice, and both are members of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New Jersey Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Civil Litigation, Business and Commercial Law

Managing Partner Robert Zeller leads the civil and business litigation section of the Rem Zeller Law Group. As a co-founder of the firm, he has over 30 years of legal experience and represents individuals, entrepreneurs and small businesses in a wide variety of legal matters. While the majority of our practice is litigation-oriented, we also represent clients in business and real estate transactions. Mr. Zeller works closely with his associate, Michelle A. Sweet, who has extensive experience in civil litigation.
